I’m way late to the game, but I thought I would put together a few ways that you can follow paperbagblog, in case you have a preference in how you like to follow blogs. I’ve heard that a lot of bloggers are in favour of signing up to Google+, but I haven’t got one for my blog. Maybe I should consider it? Anyway, here are the places where you will find me:
You can sign up by email right here on my blog
Since the demise of Google Reader, Bloglovin’ has been the go-to choice for a lot of people who want to stay up to date with their favourite bloggers. It’s a great way of ‘ticking off’ which blogs you’ve read and which ones you haven’t quite gotten around to yet. It’s also good for discovering similar and up and coming bloggers.
Twitter is probably my favourite social media platform. I’ll always tweet when a new blog goes live, but it’s also a fun way to share information, find new bloggers, and connect with people who have similar interests – plus you’ll be the first to know what I’m having for breakfast, what antics Rasputin has been getting up to and which brand of beer I’m drinking.
I’m getting into the habit of using Facebook more and more for blog content and other things – I previously just notified my followers whenever I posted a new blog, but now I’m linking more fun stuff. And it’s not all cat-related!
Pinterest is my second favourite social media platform. I find it so inspiring, and love having fresh content on a daily basis. If you follow me you may be aware of just how much I love this website, based on the sheer volume of boards and pins I have. Yup, that would be 31 boards with a total of 2,741 pins – and 174 ‘Liked’ pins, which means I love the image but haven’t quite found the right place for it yet – or I just want to highlight it as being particularly amazing.
I don’t know if you guys have heard of Amazine before, but it’s such a nice concept! I absolutely love the layout and simplicity, and as it’s a fairly new platform it’s the perfect time to dive in and get creative.
So, there we have it! Which platform is your favourite?
Are there any that I’ve missed or should jump on board with?
