It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
It’s getting closer day by day – I can’t believe this time next week we’ll be waking up and rushing downstairs in our jim-jams and wishing each other Happy Christmas! Things are getting quite festive around this flat; last night me and Trout sat down to write our Christmas cards, which was quite a fun joint effort, before enjoying a well-earned mince pie.
Right now I’m sitting in our lounge, blinking at the Breakfast news and sipping a coffee. I’ve been up since 6am as I have a hospital appointment and then shortly after that I have a meeting which I’m quite looking forward to. Then back to work, so a busybusy day for me.
I haven’t mentioned anything on the blog yet, but my heart goes out to all of those who are suffering in Newtown, Connecticut. It’s such an awful, tragic event and I cannot understand how all of those parents are feeling right now. It’s just awful.
